(46)The Wife Stalker by Liv Constantine

Piper Reynard moved to Westport, Connecticut to start over and put the past behind her.  She opened a wellness center that is becoming quite successful. Her life is getting back on track when Leo Drakos walks through her door. He is tall, handsome, and very rich. Everything Piper likes in a man, unfortunately, he also is wearing a wedding ring. But Piper won't let that stop her from getting what she wants.

Joanna is ready for Leo to get out of the depressive funk that he has been in. She is ready for them to get on with their lives and she thinks that a meditation day at the new wellness center in town is just what he needs.  Joanna is grateful when Leo starts acting like his old self, but then she finds out that Piper is the reason for the pep in Leo's step, she is willing to do anything to hold on to her family.

Hold on to your hats, The Wife Stalker is going take you on one hell of a ride. From the very beginning you get to hear both sides of the story. The book alternates chapters between Joanna and Piper and it is clear that they are very different women. Piper is confident and beautiful. Joanna is self-conscious and eager to please. Piper also has some skeletons in her closet and Joanna is very eager to reveal those skeletons to Leo. The way the book is written, the reader thinks they know what is going to happen, but the reader knows nothing. Trust me. -CLICK HERE FOR SPOILERS. I was so shocked by the twists and turns with The Wife Stalker that I literally gasped out loud.

Bottom Line - The Wife Stalker is one of the best thrillers of the year. A page-turner to the very end.
