Fallon Swift is back
and she
is determined to live in the light once and for all. She has led her followers into battle after battle, trying to free those who have
been captured and oppressed by the Purity Warriors. But worse than the PWs, Fallon needs to worry about her crazy cousin, Petra. Petra
is still determined to eradicate Fallon and all those who believe in her. But Fallon is not about to back down. She knows that she is on the right side of history. With her family, friends, and her fella, Duncan by her side, she knows that there is only one way this will turn out. With the light beating out the dark.
The Rise of
Magicks is the third and final book in a trilogy that started out strong and unfortunately dwindled towards the end of the series. Fallon and Duncan took their relationship to another level. The good took back DC and New York City, visiting some places
that were key in the first book. As much as I loved the first book in the series, the third book was so
incredibly tedious and predictable.
Bottom Line - If you are like me,
you have to finish a trilogy no matter how bad the story turns out. It is an accomplishment thing, you just can't stop, So I didn't.
