The Geller sisters are all at different stages in their lives. Beck, the oldest, is a journalist, has been married for twenty years and is settled in her life. Claire is the middle sister and a doctor in Minnesota. She and her husband have just divorced, and even though she has a successful career, she feels unsettled. Sophie is the youngest sister and despite what her sisters think, her life is a mess. She just lost her job, and her home, and now she has to figure out what to do. All three of them are at a loss when their mother dies. They all knew that she had cancer, but Marti Geller hid the dire nature of her cancer from her daughters. Now the Geller sisters have to handle their mother's estate, with their own agendas and needs. Will the Geller sisters survive the decisions that have to be made?

I seem to be on a "family saga" kind of kick. It All Comes Down To This is about three sisters dealing with the death of their mother. And their inheritance. Thankfully, I haven't had to deal with this yet, but I worry about what will happen with my siblings when our parents pass away. A lot of the issues that these three sisters are dealing with stem from them keeping secrets. I get it. There are some things you are embarrassed to tell your siblings. But once again, the lack of communication is at the root of all their problems. Eventually, they all came clean with the secrets they were keeping, and it all worked out well.

Bottom Line - It All Comes Down To This is a well-written story about sisters dealing with life and death. Love and loss.
