Ronni Johnson loves her job as an LPN at Fairfield Springs retirement home. Ronni had a special bond with one special resident, Violet Thompson. Even though they were close, Ronni was shocked to discover that Violet left her a lot of money. Only if Ronni writes a book telling Violet's story. She has one year and will inherit a lot of money when the book is published.  In that year, Ronni meets a handsome State Trooper, Rick O'Shea. And she starts to learn a lot about herself, as well as the woman she called her friend, but it will be enough to fill a book?

It All Comes Back to You is a book about family. The family that you create for yourself.  Both Ronni and Violet had rough lives. Ronni's childhood was rough, but she pulled herself together to attend nursing school. Violet came from a good family but had it rough as a young adult and a young married woman. There were several times in the book that my heart ached for Violet. Her heart was broken time and time again, yet she maintained a positive outlook on life. Ronni was a great character, too. But it was easy to forget how young she was in the book. There was a bit of a twist at the end, but the author could have done more with the twist. - CLICK HERE FOR SPOILERS

Bottom Line - It All Comes Back to You was not the best book of the year, in fact, it was pretty unremarkable. But it was a good way to pass a Saturday afternoon. No regrets.
